In case of lost or destroyed diplomas, replacement diplomas are available for a fee of $30.00. Replacement diploma request forms are available online; or at the Division of Student Records, University of Cincinnati, PO Box 210060, Cincinnati, OH 45221-0060; or at the One Stop Student Service Center, located on the 2nd Floor of the University Pavilion. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of the new diploma.
