Replacement Diplomas

In case of lost or destroyed diplomas, a UC graduate may order a replacement diploma, for a fee of $30.00 per diploma.

Mail a completed "Replacement Diploma Request" form, accompanied by a check for the full amount of payment, to:

You may also submit the completed form and payment in person to the One Stop Student Service Center, located on the 2nd Floor of University Pavilion.

Please plan for three to four (3-4) weeks of processing, printing and delivery time.
