Refunds Students who drop classes for any reason shall receive credit on their account for instructional fees, general fees, and nonresident surcharges based upon the date of the drop and according to the schedule listed below. The amount refunded is based on credit balances and (if applicable), the amount and type of financial aid the student has received. Refund checks are mailed to the students beginning the fifth week of the quarter.
