University of Cincinnati students may enrich their UC curricula by enrolling in classes offered at sixteen other area colleges and universities. The seventeen institutions participating in the Greater Cincinnati Consortium of Colleges and Universities are:
- Art Academy of Cincinnati
- Athenaeum of Ohio
- Chatfield College
- Cincinnati Christian University
- Cincinnati State Technical and Community College
- College of Mount St. Joseph
- Gateway Community and Technical College
- God's Bible School and College
- Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science
- Hebrew Union College
- Miami University (all campuses)
- Northern Kentucky University
- Thomas More College
- Union Institute & University
- University of Cincinnati
- Wilmington College
- Xavier University
With the approval of the dean of their college, University of Cincinnati full-time or half-time matriculated students may enroll for a maximum of two (2) classes per quarter from the other Consortium institutions.
Consortium course approval forms are available in the Registrar's Office, University Pavilion 5th floor. Once the properly completed authorization forms have been signed by the college, students will procure a consortium cross-registration form from the Registrar's Office. The student must then deliver this cross-registration form to the appropriate institution for registration. There is no additional cost to full-time students (except for appropriate special class or lab fees).
