Steps to Register:
- Begin the process with your home institution’s Registrar’s Office for details on how the GCCCU process is administered there.
- If this is your first registration at UC, please complete a Basic Data Form
- Deliver the completed Cross-Registration Form (and Basic Data Form) to the One Stop Student Service Center, University Pavilion 2nd Floor, Uptown Campus.
Visiting Consortium students are not responsible for the standard tuition cost of the class(es). However, students are responsible for course-related fees at the host institution (ex: lab fees, books, etc.)
Students must inform both schools if they withdraw from consortium classes.
A transcript is automatically sent from UC to the home institution at the end of the term.
The One Stop Student Service Center will begin accepting GCCCU registrations on:
Summer 2016 - February 29
Fall 2016 - April 25
