GCCCU Procedure for Visiting Students

Steps to Register:

  1. Begin the process with your home institution’s Registrar’s Office for details on how the GCCCU process is administered there.

  2. If this is your first registration at UC, please complete a Basic Data Form

  3. Deliver the completed GCCCU Cross Registration Form (and Basic Data Form, if applicable) to the Registrar's Office via email at

  4. Within three (3) business days, you will receive an email with your new UC log-in credentials and a separate email with confirmation of your enrollment.  


Visiting Consortium students are not responsible for the standard tuition cost of the class(es). However, students are responsible for course-related fees at the host institution (ex: lab fees, books, etc.)

Students must inform both schools if they withdraw from consortium classes.

A transcript is automatically sent from UC to the home institution at the end of the term.


The Registrar's Office will begin accepting GCCCU registrations on: 

Summer 2017 - Monday, March 6

Fall 2017 - Monday, April 24
