GCCCU Procedure for Visiting Students

Steps to Register:

  1. Begin the process with your home institution’s Registrar’s Office for details on how the GCCCU process is administered there.

  2. If this is your first registration at UC, please complete a Basic Data Form

  3. Deliver the Cross-Registration Form (and Basic Data Form) to the Registrar’s Office, University Pavilion 5th Floor, Uptown Campus. 

Visiting Consortium students are not responsible for the standard tuition cost of the class(es). However, students are responsible for course-related fees at the host institution (ex: lab fees, books, etc.)

Students must inform both schools if they withdraw from consortium classes.

A transcript is automatically sent from UC to your home institution at the end of the term.

Fall 2015 registration begins April 13! 

Spring 2016 registration begins November 23!
