 To obtain access to the University of Cincinnati's student information system, UniverSIS:

1. Request a new mainframe user account (for TPX users) by submitting a
               Mainframe Access Request Form
   
2. Request specific Registrar functions within UniverSIS (for TPX and web users) by submitting a 
               UniverSIS Request Form
