Winter, Spring and Summer Openings

At the beginning of each quarter, returning residents must check in to their hall again in order to be re-issued their key(s) and receive a valid security sticker.  This should be done on the day of hall opening or immediately upon arrival, whichever comes first.

Residents who are new arrivals to the residence halls at any quarter other than fall follow the same basic procedures.  New residents receive their keys and security sticker.  They must also complete a room condition report with their resident advisor (RA), documenting the condition of the room and furnishings for comparison/billing purposes following check-out at the end of the year.  The RA will also assist each new resident and their roommate(s) in completing a roommate agreement.
