Resident Education & Development

Graduate Staff

The Office of Resident Education and Development is accepting applications for the Assistant Residence Coordinator (ARC) position for the 2013-2014 school year.  ARCs are graduate students who help the Residence Coordinator (RC) with residence hall programs, services and other operations within the building.   If the RC is not available, the ARC is trained to handle emergencies and make appropriate referrals.

ARCs meet with students as necessary to help with student concerns and to implement portions of the halls’ judicial process.  Typically, ARCs have responsibility for managing the staff of the front desk or advising the hall government.  ARCs are also partners in the supervision of RAs, with the support of the RC.  The job description outlines additional duties and expectations of the ARCs.

Review of application materials will begin at the end of March.  Please call 513-556-6476 if you have additional questions.
