Monday, December 3, 2012:  Letters sent to Award Coordinators outlining the 2013 process

Wednesday, January 9, 2013:  Reminder phone calls to Award Coordinators regarding deadlines

Friday, February 1, 2013:  Award recipient names due to Patty Speed

Thursday, February 14 - Friday, February 15, 2013:  Pictures taken of award recipients

Monday, March 4, 2013:  Award Presenter names due to Patty Speed

Monday, March 11, 2013:  Ceremony booklet sent to Creative Services

Monday, April 1, 2013:  Script sent to President Ono and Interim Provost Johnson

Wednesday, April 13, 2013:  Reminder letter sent to award presenters and award recipients regarding Ceremony details
