Now Featuring an On-Line Student Organization Registration Process
Student Activities and Leadership Development now features a new method for student organization registration. Student organizations can now register on-line via the weblink to the right. The registration application requires the same information that was required during the traditional paper process.
What you will need when registering your student organization:
- The contact information and UCID of the four required officers. This includes a mailing address, phone number and e-mail address (BOL e-mail address preferred). The four officers will be sent a confirmation of the student organization registration.
- The contact inforamtion for the student organization Advisor. S/he will be sent a conformation of the student organization registration.
- An electronic copy of the student organization roster (in .xls, .doc, .txt, or .pdf preferred)
- An electronic copy of the student organization constitution and bylaws (in .xls, .doc, .txt, or .pdf preferred)
Once a student organization's registration is complete and confirmed by the officers and advisor, the listing will be posted in the new Student Organization Directory (right sidebar). Registered student organization status does not automatically guarantee the creation of a website and/or Blackboard account.
