Reporting an Incident

The goal of Student Activities & Leadership Development is to create a safe environment for all students to flourish as leaders.  As such, we've created a reporting system in case there are issues you'd like to report in an anonymous manner. If you have been involved in an incident (hazing, harassment, general conflict) you may file an online anonymous concern or complaint or file a complaint by calling our Ethics Point Hotline at 1-800-889-15471-800-889-1547.  Anyone (student, faculty, staff, community member) can file a complaint.

Our purpose is to assist in educating you and your organization on how to accomplish goals and have safe and enjoyable activities which do not compromise principles or respect for individuals.
