How to get started with the Community Work Study Program at UC   

  1. Contact Michelle Renee' Norflee to post a position.  Submit the following information:
      • Name of Organization
      • IRS letter non-profit or IRS Tax Id
      • Information about the organization (Include Mission Statement)
      • Job Description
      • Pay Rate
      • Contact Person
      • Address
      • Telephone Number
      • Fax Number
      • Email Address
      • Students will need a specific telephone to use to clock in/out. This telephone must have Caller ID. Please submit telephone number(s) that you will designate for this purpose.
  2. A contact will be drawn up and mailed to you to sign
  3. Return contract
  4. Job will be posted on https://www.jobsatuc.com
  5. Employer will receive time sheets and pay calendar
  6. Students apply and interviews take place
  7. Contact Michelle Renee' to hire a student
  8. Complete paperwork emailed to you from Michelle Renee'
  9. Coordinate a start date with the student worker
