Information for Students Applying to Health Professions Programs for 2008

Letter of recommendation documents:

• Letter of Recommendation Form (for your recommenders)
• Letter Service Form (lets PPAC know where to send your rec letters)
  • You may email (preproadv@uc.edu), deliver (Swift 702), or fax (556-6368) completed Letter Service Forms. 
• YES! We use Virtual Evals
   

Due dates:

• Letters of Recommendation Form (must accompany each rec letter) -  due Monday June 30, 2008 (postmarked)
• Letter Service Forms - due when completing secondary applications (or primary applications if applying to programs with no secondary process)

Pre-Pharmacy:
Students should contact the College of Arts & Sciences for advising and refer to the College of Pharmacy for application details.
