The Division of Student Affairs and Services is committed to:
- enrolling students with diverse backgrounds & abilities,

- assisting students to reach their full potential,
- enhancing student learning inside & outside the classroom
- working in partnership with faculty, staff & the surrounding community,
- making UC a more caring & just community.
The division consists of four units:
The majority of the division’s goals are based in the context of UC|21’s Goal One, “Place Students at the Center.”
That goal states that UC will “Place students first by adopting and implementing a philosophy that puts our highest priority on the needs and success of our …students.” While we as a Division have developed a set of goals and priorities for each year, nothing that we do can be accomplished without our collective teamwork and without the assistance of our academic partners.
