Welcome to the Testing Services Department at the University of Cincinnati

This department strives to meet the needs of UC students, prospective students, alumni, and the Greater Cincinnati community by providing a variety of testing services. These include

• Proctor Services- The Testing Services Department serves as a test center for other schools or institutions that offer online or correspondence courses. These can be taken in our facility as either paper and pencil, or online tests. Please call Testing Services for more information on how to set up these exams.
• Computer Based Testing- TSD has a computer lab with 9 testing stations where we offer the GRE (Graduate Record Exam), the Praxis I and the TOEFL (Testing of English as a Foreign Language). We offer these tests 5 days a week, including some weekend and evening hours. You must register for these tests through Educational Testing Services (ETS). Click here for more information on these tests, including where to register.  
• National Standardized Tests- TSD administers the following tests, usually on weekends, in support of academic programs on campus. There is a fee for each examination, payable directly to the testing company involved. Click here for more information on the LSAT, PCAT, Praxis II, and GRE Subject exams.  We occasionally offer standardized tests not listed here. Please check with the testing company to see if UC is offered as a testing location. 
• Placement Exams- Testing Services conducts Math and Foreign Language placement tests on a walk-in basis during our open hours.
