If you are a student already registered with the Disability Services Office (DSO) at UC, you may provide Testing Services with a copy of your Accommodation Form for the current quarter at least one week prior to your scheduled CLEP appointment. If you are not a UC student, or you are not registered with the DSO, you must submit recent documentation of your disability (within 3 years) along with a written request for accommodations to that office by email (dso@uc.edu) or fax (513-556-1383). Be sure to label your email or fax with "CLEP Accommodation Documentation", and include your full name, phone numer with area code, and email address. You must submit this documentation at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled CLEP exam in order to receive these accommodations. The DSO will contact Testing Services with your approved accommodations. |
