Changes to an Existing Data Feed

The below link will take you to the UCit service request form. This form is utilized for programming requests so that UCit tasks can be logged and prioritized; a job cannot be tracked unless it is sent through this system.

Typically, changes to a unit's RSS calendar feed take one week when requested through this system. Turn-around times for other types of requests are wholly dependent on UCit work load and the difficulty of the request.

Things to know about filling out this form:

• Since R25 is a core system, please use 0’s in the "Budget Account to Charge" field.
• Make sure you select the R25 bullet from the "Request Type" field.
• Leave "URL" blank
• Ignore all "Upload a File" boxes.
• Make sure you type "R25" into the "Application Name" field.
• In the description field, add a short description of what needs to be accomplished (i.e. "Make past 30 days worth of data available on Fac Dev calendar").
• Once you have filled out the form completely and click "Submit," you will receive a confirmation email.
