Training will cover entering events, assigning/denying spaces, searching for events, setting up user preferences and "Favorites," navigating through the system, and understanding how R25 relates to the University Calendar.
Training will not cover information specific to each individual user or function. The user’s management or office personnel who are involved in the implementation will provide information related specifically to the user’s office, such as folders where events are to be filed in the system. It is the responsibility of each user area to document their standards and procedures relatedtraining future staff. Installation Directions
The R25 account requires the installation of both the R25 client and the WebEx training software on the user’s workstation. The R25 client can only be installed on Windows workstations. Administrative permissions to the workstation are required to install the software. Please contact Arlene Hawes for information or download the Request Form. (Note: R25v3.3 does not support Mac OS, Linux or Windows Vista. It will run via VMware. as long as you are utilizing one of the above operating systems.)
