Training and Software Installation
R25 Client v3.3 Files
| If a college or department has local computer support personnel, they can perform the client installation themselves. However, support may be requested from UCit Desktop Services by contacting the UCit Help Desk by phone, 513-556-3785, or e-mail, helpdesk@ucmail.uc.edu.

| You will need the following files:
| | | | | Installation Directions | The R25 account requires the
installation of both the R25 client and the WebEx training software on
the user’s workstation. The R25 client can only be installed on Windows
workstations. Administrative permissions to the workstation are
required to install the software. Please contact Brian Warner for
information or download the Request Form. (To view this file, you will
need Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free download.)
(Note: R25v3.3 does
not support Mac OS, Linux or Windows Vista. It will run via VMware. as
long as you are utilizing one of the above operating systems.)

Training Training is provided through UC Human Resources, Organization Development and Training. Please contact Brian Warner for

Training will cover entering events, assigning/denying spaces, searching for events, setting up user preferences and "Favorites," navigating through the system, and understanding how R25 relates to the University Calendar.
Training will not cover information specific to each individual user or function. The user’s management or office personnel who are involved in the implementation will provide information related specifically to the user’s office, such as folders where events are to be filed in the system. It is the responsibility of each user area to document their standards and procedures relatedtraining future staff.
