University Funding Board

The University Funding Board is the branch of Student Government responsible for allocating a portion of the General Fee to eligible student organizations. We are a group of students who oversee upwards of $200,000 per year and serve over 400 organizations on campus. It is our mission to financially support the endeavors and initiatives of student organizations at UC.

 

Meetings for Fall and Spring semesters 2016-2017 will be held on Thursdays at 6:00 pm in TUC 423.
Any location changes will be posted on the UFB CampusLINK page.

 

Office Hours


UFB holds office hours in 655 Steger from Monday through Thursday, when school is in session to help student organizations craft budgets to be heard and voted on by the Board.

Get Involved

At the beginning of the Fall semester, students interested in joining UFB are required to complete a written application through CampusLINK that is due early fall semester. A portion of applicants are then chosen to be interviewed.


Members are selected based on a holistic review of written application and interview performance. UFB will also have 1-2 "open house" meetings at the beginning of the year that we encourage interested students to attend to get a feel for what a position on the Board would entail.
