  • Oct. 26-28 – Gender Bloc students will be traveling to Burlington, Vermont to the “Translating Identities Conference”.  $1001.88 awarded

  • Nov. 1-2 – Ten members of the School of Social Work Tribunal will attend the National Association of Social Workers Ohio Chapter Annual Conference in Columbus. $2017.12
  • Nov. 1-2 – AIGA will host a DAAP-a-thon on the 6th floor of DAAP from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Food will be served. Contact 560-8513 for more info. $458.77 awarded.
  • Nov. 2-5 – Twenty-one students from LEAP (Leaders for Environmental Awareness & Protections) will travel to the Power Shift 07-Global Warming Solutions Conference in College Park, MD. $2352.40 awarded.
  • Nov. 3- South Asian Arts Collaborative will host “Hollywood Bollywood” Diwalia Show in the Great Hall at 6:00 with free dinner. Contact krishnap@email.uc.edu for more info $2000 award.
  • Nov. 3 – Association for Future Black Law Students will go to Univ of Kentucky College of Law Diversity Conference. Contact boldinr@email.uc.edu for more info. $229.70 awarded.

  • Nov. 10-12 Serve Beyond Cincinnati students will go to Frakes, KY for SBC Hammering in the Hills #3to help construct a habitat house. $478 awarded.
  • Nov. 11 – The Theatre Project will be bringing in a Four members from the Theater Company from New Work, MITU and they will be giving a master calls baed on the integration of Eastern/Western traditions. Contact 543-1447 for more info. $7000 awarded.
  • Nov. 11-15 ? Two students from the American Nuclear Society students will go to the ANS/ENS Winter meeting and Nuclear Technology Expo in D.C. $230 awarded.
  • Nov. 14 – Criminal Justice Society will take a prison tour to Lucasville, OH leaving U.C. at 6:30 a.m. Open to all students – contact 556-5827 for more information. $760 awarded.
  • Nov. 14-18 – NSSLHA (National Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association) – Ten students will attend the 2007 ASH Convention in Boston, Mass.  $1335.72 awarded.
