Undergraduate Leave of Absence

The following policy applies to undergraduate students in the School of Social Work: 

If you withdraw from a particular quarter or choose not to continue in the program after completing a particular quarter, you may apply for a leave of absence. 

To do so, you must submit a Leave of Absence Form to the Associate Dean explaining the reason for your request. If granted, a leave of absence allows you to re-enroll within a 12 month period without reapplying for admission. 

If you do not re-enroll by the end of the 12-month leave, you must apply for readmission through the Office of Admissions.
