Carol Wheeler-Strother is a Field Service Instructor at the School of Social Work at the University of Cincinnati. Her fields of special interest include adoption and foster care, child welfare, agency administration, social welfare policy, child development, grief cycle, discipline, homelessness and generalist practice.

Ms. Wheeler-Strother brings extensive child welfare experience working in the Greater Cincinnati area public and private non profit organizations as a line worker, trainer, supervisor/manager, adoption advocate, project manager, board member, community activist, counselor and nonprofit program administrator.

Ms. Wheeler-Strother received her Associate of Law Enforcement, Bachelor of Criminal Justice and Master degree of Social Work degree from the University of Cincinnati. She is “All But Dissertation” on her Ph.D. at Capella University.
