Classical Guitar Workshop
The workshop is a rich environment of players of all levels from all ages and geographical locations -- junior high school through college and graduate school, young professionals in music and other fields, and retirees. The common denominator is love for the classical guitar.

Great Wall International Music Academy

Jump In! Program
CCM Preparatory invites people of all ages and abilities to check out our roster of more than 20 Jump In! courses in music, theater arts and dance. We offer youth productions of musical theatre shows, orchestra and band, even guitar, ukelele and world music drumming, plus ballet for all skill levels and adult drop-in programs in music, dance and theatre. Individual lessons are available year round, and group programs of various lengths will take place between June 10 and Aug. 10.

Realizing Rossini
Join us for a unique course, focusing exclusively on the challenging craft of opera. Up to 20 conductors and pianists, along with a carefully selected cast, will be invited to participate in this one-of-a-kind experience while in residence at University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.
Working with an internationally renowned faculty, led by Mark Gibson, Director of Orchestral Studies at CCM, conductors and pianists will have daily Italian instruction, text and style sessions and conducting and coaching master classes. Students will also participate in staging rehearsals, work with singers and lead orchestra rehearsals. Advanced opera singers will have the opportunity to learn a role in its entirety, and work with renowned faculty and industry professionals, along with daily Italian classes and coachings. The course culminates in a semi-staged performance, with orchestra, of Il Barbiere di Siviglia and La Cenerentola.
