Ronald D. Brown currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Armor Group, a certified woman owned corporation which provides manufactured goods and services to a variety of industries. He is the retired Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Milacron Inc., a leading supplier of plastics processing and industrial fluids technologies with major manufacturing facilities in North America, Europe and Asia. Ron also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Milacron.
Ron received his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Cincinnati, where he graduated magna cum laude. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University Of Dayton School Of Law.
Ron serves on the board of directors of two global manufacturing companies, A.O. Smith, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Zep Inc., Atlanta, Georgia.
In addition to serving on the Board of Trustees of the University of Cincinnati, Ron serves on various not-for-profit boards including the Bethesda Foundation and St. Vincent de Paul. Ron has also served on the Cincinnati Business Committee and the boards of United Way of Greater Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Museum Center and the American Red Cross, Cincinnati Chapter, having served as its Chairman, as well as Chairman of the Steering Committee for Leadership Cincinnati, a leadership development program for the Chamber of Commerce. Ron is currently a member of Legatus, the Commercial Club, the Queen City Optimists and the Executive Management Society.
Ron and his wife, Linda, have two children and three grandchildren, all of whom reside in the Cincinnati area.
