Membership in UCAAMP

New for 2009: For each event you attend, your name will be entered into a drawing to be held at our May 2009 event. The drawing will be for a FLAT SCREEN TV (approximate value is $750). If you attend all events from September through May, you will have NINE chances of winning. (NOTE: Board members will not be entered and are not eligible to win.)

Who is eligible? UCAAMP membership is open to unrepresented, unclassified professionals, administrators and managers of the university.

New Member Fees and Forms: Membership is $20 for the first year. Please print the UCAAMP New Member Form (PDF file) and send it to Melissa Berling at ML 0658.

Renewal Fees and Forms: Renewal memberships are available for $25 if received after October 1, 2008. Please print the UCAAMP Membership Renewal Form (PDF file) and return it to Melissa Berling at ML 0658.

Lunch Vouchers: Monthly lunches are $10.00, and the Holiday Lunch is $12.00. Save $1 per lunch voucher by purchasing with your membership in packs of 6 ($54) or 8 ($72).

You may use a voucher plus $3 for the Holiday Lunch in December and for President Zimpher's address in May. Vouchers are valid only through June 30, 2008.
