UC Flex Walk-In Help Center

Starting November 1, 2006, the UC Flex Walk-In Help Center service will be provided on an "appointment only" basis. Room 356 University Hall will no longer be kept open on a regular monthly schedule.

However, you can still receive one-on-one help from a subject matter expert by sending an email request to ucflex@uc.edu and describing the specific type of help you need. An expert will call you to discuss the matter and will arrange a meeting with you if necessary.

We will monitor this approach to see how well it serves UC Flex users that need help. Your comments also are always welcome.
