Validation/Selected SAP Table Data Worksheets

There are 2 separate links to spreadsheets for your convenience, below. Please select the spreadsheet you desire and it will be displayed as an MS Excel spreadsheet. Filters have been built into each spreadsheet, allowing you to select the desired values for any column. Once selected, the display will only show those values you choose. Spreadsheets include:

• SAP GL Accounts
  This spreadsheet shows the GL Accounts defined to SAP.
  

• SAP Account Validations
  This spreadsheet shows the Cost Center ranges that are valid for a given SAP Fund and Functional Area. Users can determine which Cost Centers will be allowed on which SAP Fund and Functional Area entered on accounting transactions.
