We are pleased to offer you the following new report along with enhancements to two existing reports:

New Report
The HR300: Positions with Vacancy Status and Planned Compensation report is now available in the Human Resources folder. The purpose of this report is to show all positions within an Org Unit, their vacancy status and planned compensation. Restricting by Position Vacancy status = X allows the report to be used to display only Vacant Positions. The report lists positions as they exist as of the date the report is run. The vacancy status is also as of the date the report is run. The associated Job is not shown in the default view of the report, but can be added via the Navigation block.

Part Time Indicator
The Part Time Indicator field has been added to the navigation block in the HR100 and HR150 reports. An X in the Part Time Indicator field indicates that the Employee has an FTE% of less than 100%.

Labor History Legacy Reports - Variables Entry
The Variables Entry option has been added to the context menu for all Labor History Legacy reports in the LH FY2006 Legacy folder. Choose ‘Variables Entry’ to return to the Variables screen.
