Please be aware that effective dates for PCRs cannot precede June 18 for hourly employees and July 1 for salaried employees. The UC Flex HR system cannot accept dates earlier than these effective dates because these are the official "go-live" dates for the system. If you have already submitted PCRs with effective dates that precede these dates, they will be adjusted by the HR Service Center. If you still have PCRs with effective dates before June 18 for hourly employees or July 1 for salaried employees which involve retroactive pay, contact the HR Service Center, since manual calculations may be required.
