The Business Warehouse (BW) report is now available for users to validate the conversion of HRMS account lines to Kronos Account Lines. The document (click here) provides step-by-step instructions for running the HR550 Kronos Account Line Report.

When validating, keep in mind that HRMS account lines that equate to the employee's Cost Distribution did not convert to a Kronos Account Line since timekeepers only need to point to paycodes in Kronos when it is necessary to override the employee's Cost Distribution.

For students that had multiple pay rates with the same account line data in HRMS, one of the pay rates will be the student's Basic Pay. A Kronos Account Line will be created for the other pay rates. Again, pointing is only required when it is necessary to override the student's basic pay.

For Work Study students, there will be no pointing in Kronos, so no validation of the Kronos Account Lines are required. For a Work Study student that had multiple pay rates or had other account lines in HRMS that did not equate to the student's Cost Distribution, will need to have an additional assignment created in UC Flex. The additional assignment will create a New Hire in Kronos and the student will be required to clock in/out using the correct Kronos ID (Personnel Assignment Number) that equates to the pay rate or cost distribution where they are working.
