UC Flex HR

UC Flex Human Resources replaced the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) in June 2006. In partnership with IBM and SAP, the new system applies current technology and best business practices to keep improving the university’s HR functionality. Building on the foundation of UC Flex Financials implemented in July 2005, the HR implementation provided an unprecedented level of integration for the university’s systems and business processes. The following HR processes have been implemented:
