Thank you for your interest in living on campus at the University of Cincinnati! This fall, UC is welcoming one of its strongest incoming classes and a greater number of returning residents. As a result, the demand for housing is higher than in past years. Housing & Food Services (HFS) anticipates that the residence halls will be at capacity for the fall semester.
As of Friday, June 21 the housing application and wait list are closed.
The University’s live-on requirement is being waived for any student that has not yet applied for housing. You do not need to send in a Freshman Exemption Request after Friday, June 21. If you have previously applied for housing, please refer to the Housing Terms and Conditions for cancellation information.
If you are still seeking housing for 2013-14 academic year, University Park Apartments (UPA), UC’s affiliated housing location, offers apartment style living conveniently located adjacent to Calhoun Hall. Visit the UPA website or contact them by phone at 513-558-3000 for information on rates and availability.
We regret that we cannot accommodate your housing request and sincerely hope that you will still be joining us in the fall. If you have decided either to delay your enrollment or not attend the University of Cincinnati this fall, please contact the Office of Admissions at 513-556-1100 or email email@example.com.
If you are interested in purchasing a Residential Meal Plan as a non resident please visit the Meal Plan Purchase Portal.
Housing applications completed prior to June 21 will receive an assignment through the regular assignment process.
