Campus Park Apartments FAQ

This fall, UC is welcoming one of its strongest incoming classes and a greater number of returning residents. As a result, the demand for housing is higher than in past years. Housing & Food Services (HFS) anticipates that the residence halls will be at capacity for the fall semester.

Concurrent to the assignments process, the university has been managing a wait list to gather information about students after May 1 seeking housing on or near campus. In an effort to meet the additional need, HFS secured additional housing capacity at an off-campus property. This property is near the campus and being offered at a rate of $3,608 per semester. Specific information about this off-campus property can be found below.

Campus Park Apartments  A 440-bed housing property designed for college students, located at 195 East McMillan St (less than 1 mile from campus), offering furnished apartments with private bedrooms for each resident and kitchen facilities.  To view a typical unit, click here.

  • 106 students will be assigned for the academic year in 4-bedroom, 2-bath apartments
  • Staff from UC’s Resident Education & Development will live on site, same as any campus residence hall
  • On-site parking is available at no additional cost
  • Wireless internet
  • UC Shuttle stop on-site:
    • Monday - Friday the shuttle will run from 7:00am - 12:00am on a continuous loop (approximately every 24 minutes).
    • Saturday, Sunday & Holidays observed when dining centers are open, the shuttle will run from 10:30am - 10:00pm

Assignment to Campus Park Apartments through Housing & Food Services is open to all registered UC students. A completed housing application must be on file for an assignment to be made. As of May 1, 2014 completion of the housing application process is by invitation only.

Move In:

Move-in to Campus Park Apartments will occur on Thursday, August 22 beginning at 10AM.

Early move-ins will not be allowed at Campus Park Apartments.


HFS is offering assignment to Campus Park Apartments at a rate of $3,608 per academic term.

Any first year student that is assigned to Campus Park will still be required to select one of the two residential meal plans.

Mail Delivery

Mail is delivered and distributed once per day to the students’ locked mailboxes, Monday through Saturday.

For packages and special delivery items (registered mail, postage-due, express mail, telegrams, flowers, balloons, etc.), students receive a written notice in the mailbox and must present their UC ID to retrieve the item during posted pick-up hours
