Submit rent payments online by credit card or e-check from any computer.  This payment method, offered at no additional cost to you, is also available for any fees related to your apartment at Bellevue Gardens, such as a late rent fee, a returned check charge, a lost key charge, and a lock change. 

To access the payment portal you’ll need your username (6+2) and Central Login password, as you are connecting to a UC website that requires authentication of your university status.
