Greetings! We look forward to welcoming you to the residence halls for the 2013-14 academic year. Below you will find information about hall opening and parking procedures for residents. Additionally, you will want to review and/or print your hall specific letter and parking pass from the column on the left.

Thursday, August 22 @ 10a.m.
Campus Park Apartments(CPA), Campus Recreation Center(CRC), Daniels, Siddall, and University Park Apartments(UPA)
*Calhoun Hall arrival time varies by floor: floors 7 – 12 arrive between 10am and 12pm, floors 1-6 arrive after 12pm
Once open, halls remain open 24 hours per day. However, we respectfully ask students to arrive for check-in before 11 p.m.
First-year students are expected to attend Convocation and College Day activities on Friday, August 23. Families are encouraged to attend Convocation in support of the student's initiation into the University community.
A full schedule of welcome weekend activities begin Friday evening, following the conclusion of College Day.
Upon arrival, proceed to the unloading area(s) designated for your assigned hall.There will be volunteers near each hall to assist you in unloading and moving. If you forget to print one, a hall opening volunteer can provide you with a 30-minute unloading zone pass.
Long-term parking will be available in the University Ave., Calhoun St., and Woodside Garages, sometimes at an additional charge. A valid Fall 2013 key card will be honored at no cost if the vehicle is properly parked in the assigned garage.
We expect your move-in experience to be positive. If you do have any difficulty, please let a staff member know so that we can resolve it promptly. We are here to help you.
