* 12-month contracts begin with summer semester 2013 and extend through spring semester 2014. See Terms and Conditions for more information regarding 12-month contracts.
** Indicates the average cost to students who have signed a 12-month contract. In effect, students who have signed a 12-month contract live on campus during summer semester for only $1200, the difference between the Academic Year total and the 12-Month total. Students who have not signed a 12-month contract and who continue to live on campus during summer semester will be charged the full "By the Semester" rate.
*** All academic break periods (Winter Break & Spring Break) are included in the base price of Morgens Hall. All other halls exclude break periods from the academic year contract.
First year students living in campus residence halls are required to purchase the residential unlimited meal plan. Per the terms and conditions of the housing agreement they are not eligible to purchase a Campus Dining Pass or to forego purchasing a meal plan.
This plan offers students maximum flexibility to meet the needs of any eating schedule. Students have the freedom to eat a full meal or to just stop by to grab a snack. The format of this plan eliminates the need to budget meals per week and allows students to enjoy eating at the pace that works best for them.
For added value the unlimited meal plan comes with fifteen additional meals that you can use to treat a guest and $150 Bearcat Card dollars.

*Meals on the plan may be used at MarketPointe@Siddall, CenterCourt and Stadium View Café dining centers. For increased convenience and flexibility Stadium View Café now offers a to go option. Unused meals from 186 Block Plan do not carry over to the next term.
**Bearcat Card (BC) dollars are added to the student's ID as part of the meal plan. The BC dollars may be spent at any on-campus food location (incuding the Dining Centers) as well as off-campus locations participating in the BC program. BC dollars carry over from one semester to the next, and refund of any unspent BC dollars is available upon request at the end of spring semester or upon leaving UC.
Students who choose to live on campus a second year and beyond may choose from the options listed below:

Campus Dining Pass plans are available to upperclass residential students, commuter students, staff, and faculty. It's a convenient, fresh, healthy option for all-you-care-to-eat meals when on campus!
Per the terms and conditions of the housing agreement, first year on campus residents are not eligible to purchase the plans listed below.
If a student runs out of meals mid-term, they can purchase an additional Campus Dining Pass to add more swipes and Bearcat Dollars to their card. Mix and match different plans to come up with the number of meals that works best for you!
