Stratford Heights Complex

Stratford Heights is located across Clifton Avenue and offers on-site parking and tons of community space for studying and social activities. A quick walk across Clifton Avenue allows easy access to classroom buildings and residential dining centers. Access is comparable to the walk from east-end residence halls to the McMicken Commons area. The complex is supported by UC Public Safety and the UC Bearcat Transportation Shuttle provides daily service. On-site parking is managed by UC Parking Services.

There are two housing options at Stratford Heights: the Tower Hall is laid out similarly to other residence halls and supports 152 residents, and there are 19 houses that accommodate up to 36 people each. Some houses are themed and sponsored by organizations. These options allow for a village-like setting, just steps away from campus.

Each suite is fully furnished with a shared en suite bathroom, internet access and cable ready. Rooms are air conditioned and have central heat. Each bedroom has a mini-fridge, and a microwave is provided on each floor.

This option is an excellent choice for students interested in more independent living in a community environment, with the full support of Housing & Food Services and Resident Education and Development.

There are a variety of room types available at Stratford Heights. Students have the option to choose four-person suites in three configurations:

  • two double bedrooms
  • one triple and one single bedrooms
  • four single bedrooms

Housekeeping service is limited to cleaning rooms prior to occupancy. Suite residents are responsible for cleaning rooms and restrooms.
