Client services provides technical support for the entire UC community, from person-to-person, to self help. Our dedicated technicians at the IT@UC Help Desk will troubleshoot your issues, or connect you with an expert to help you find a solution. For self help, the UC Knowledge Base provides 24/7 access to numerous technical "how-to" instructions, from "How do I set up my student email?" to "How do I install Microsoft Office 2013?"
