Chemical Inventory System Access

To access the University of Cincinnati Chemical Inventory System, CISPro by ChemSW, please print and complete the Chemical Inventory System Access Request Form and mail it to the Core Systems Access Coordinator, UCit, ML#0149. The Environmental and Safety Office is the main business owner for this system.

You must also have access to systems or data approved by the department or departments authorized to grant access.

Your signature, indicating that you agree to use such systems in accordance with university policy and to comply with relevant local, state, and federal laws, is required.
