University Data Warehouse

We currently have two data retrieval tools - BI/Query Update and BI/Web. BI/Web does NOT require a software license, product purchase or maintenance fee. We strongly advise you to consider BI/Web instead of placing a Purchase Order or P-Card order for the BI/Query Update software from Open Text. However, a select group of users may opt to utilize both the full desktop client, BI/Query Update, along with BI/Web, the web component. To access the University Data Warehouse from your personal computer, you will need the following:

PC with network capabilities
Permission of the database owner (use the application form listed below)
Download and print off the Student Data Retrieval Application, fill it out and send it to the Registrar, ML #0060.
