IT Governance Committees


The Academic Technology Planning Committee
	considers a broad spectrum of policy and technical issues regarding IT in instruction, research, and academic management.
The E-Communication Planning Committee,
	established by the Executive Technology Strategy Committee, is chaired by the Vice President of Governmental Relations and University Communications.
The Executive Technology Strategy Committee
	sets and prioritizes IT related policies and projects.
The Faculty Senate Information Technology Committee
	provides recommendations to the Senate about IT issues and shares IT knowledge and coordinates IT efforts among academic units.
The Infrastructure Technology Planning Committee
	plans for all university-wide technology infrastructure requirements and makes recommendations.
The Institutional Management Technology Committee
	establishes a philosophy for institutional management systems and data that can effectively influence policy decisions and systems development at all levels.
