Features

Available only with the full Unified suite of services, Find Me Follow Me (FMFM) lets you control which callers can access you, and how, by:

• allowing all incoming numbers to contact you
• allowing some incoming numbers to contact you
• preventing some incoming numbers from contacting you
• setting up destination telephone numbers
• playing a greeting for callers while the system tries to find you

There are two variants of FMFM, basic and advanced. Generally speaking, you can configure basic features through the Telephone User Interface (TUI) or the web interface.

You will need UCit to configure advanced features, such as setting rules and filters that are activated based on defined events and priorities.
