In your Unified, Plus, or Standard voice mail account, you can create Group distribution lists that allow you to send a message to everyone in a group at the same time, using one address. For instance, you could create a list with all your immediate coworkers, then send a message to that list and everyone would get the same message. This eliminates having to add everyone's extension number to the send list every time you want the whole group to hear the same message.
