Personal Address Book

Features

Unified, Plus, and Standard mailboxes include the Personal Address Book feature.

To access your personal address book to add, edit, and delete entries, access the UMS Web Provisioning interface at http://vmail.uc.edu/admin and log in by entering your username and password.

From the main menu (which is accessible from every screen), select Personal Address Book. The Personal Address Book Main screen will appear.

  1. To add a new entry to your personal address book, click Add New. The Personal Address Book screen will appear.
  2. Enter data in the Required Fields section.
  3. Enter data in the General Information and Work Information sections (as you wish).
  4. Click Save. The Personal Address Book Main screen will appear.
  5. To delete an entry, select it from the drop-down list. Then click Delete.
  6. To display address book entries, click View.
  7. To add more entries, click Add New.

You can order new service or upgrade your existing service through UCit's secure GETit system.
