The IT@UC Help Desk provides support for data and phone communications, as well as all computing concerns for UC students, faculty and staff. This support includes email, Canopy, wireless access, VPN, UC Flex, file servers and the mainframe.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday...... 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday......... 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Holidays.............................. 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The Help Desk closes at 6 p.m. on December 24 and 31 and is closed all day July 4, December 25 and Thanksgiving Day.
