The IT@UC Service Desk received reports that beginning at 10:30 a.m. on September 29, some Canopy users were unable to submit tests. Technicians resolved the issue before 3:00 p.m. In all cases reported, answers for the tests were saved but users received an error message upon submission. Instructors may need to manually submit these attempts on behalf of the student.
