Microsoft OneNote Free to Students
While Supply Lasts!

by Clarence Smith

The University of Cincinnati was selected by a Microsoft partner to receive 15,120 OneNote 2003 CDs to distribute to students.

Capture, organize, and reuse your notes on laptop computers, desktop computers, or tablet PCs. Store all of your notes in one place and enjoy the freedom to work with them when and how you want. OneNote 2003 helps you capture information in multiple ways and then organize and use it according to your needs. It combines the freedom and flexibility of paper notes with the efficiency and power of digital organizational tools. Be more productive with OneNote 2003 anywhere you work with notes - in classes, study groups, preparing for a test, the library, presentations, phone conferences, or brainstorming sessions.

Just ask for a free CD when you visit a UC Bookstore. Then, visit Microsoft's web site and download OneNote 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1). SP1 contains new features and significant security enhancements, in addition to stability and performance improvements.

If you have any questions about OneNote 2003, you may contact the UCit Help Desk at HelpDesk@UC.Edu or 556-HELP.
