ZoomTown Rates Still Lower for UC Subscribers
by Tom Koerner
The University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Bell have renewed their agreement to offer the University of Cincinnati faculty, staff, and students a lower than standard monthly rate for high-speed Internet access service through Cincinnati Bell's ZoomTown. This offer will be good from now through 30 June 2005.
If you are an existing ZoomTown subscriber under the UC plan, you recently received a notice that your monthly rate increased from $34.95 to $39.95 in September. This increase is still lower than the current standard monthly rate of $44.95 offered to the general public.
If you are considering becoming a ZoomTown subscriber, there is a new and attractive promotional offer. Cincinnati Bell will provide the first three months of service for $19.95 per month before starting to charge the UC monthly rate of $39.95.

Please note: It is possible for any customer to get an even lower monthly rate for ZoomTown service when bundling Cincinnati Bell services. Contact Cincinnati Bell for more information on "Custom Bundles."
