New Voice Mail Features Available Now

The University of Cincinnati's new voice mail product, purchased and implemented in 2004, came with many new features to make the system a true Unified Messaging platform. UCit is pleased to make a special promotional offer to all voice mail customers, beginning September 2005, as two key features have come online.
Find Me Follow Me lets you set a list of numbers the system will call if you are out of the office, but would like calls forwarded to a cell or other number.
E-mail Features let you receive your voice mail via e-mail or e-mail via voice mail! Listen to your voice mail via your computer or have the voice mail system read your e-mail messages to you over the phone.
The Unified level of service includes all features of the system. Online, you can access a downloadable users guide (in PDF) for the Unified mailbox.
Find Me Follow Me and E-mail Features will be added to the Plus voice mailbox level of service, for users who wish to take advantage of the promotional offer at no additional cost, from 1 September 2005 to 28 February 2006. If, after the six months promotion you wish to continue with the Unified mailbox features, your cost will be $11.00 monthly for the Unified Messaging mailbox, versus the current $9.00 monthly cost for a Plus mailbox today.
Basic and Standard voice mailbox users will be given all of the features of the Unified Mailbox for the promotional price of $9.00 a month. If, after the promotion, you wish to continue with the Unified Mailbox features, your cost will be $11.00 monthly. If, after the promotion, you determine not to continue with the Unified mailbox feature, your monthly cost will return to the original cost of $3.00 for Basic voice mail and $6.00 for Standard voice mail.
