UC Improves the Calendar

University Relations and UCit are working together to make the University Calendar your "one stop" for all events taking place on campus.
To match the redesign of the University of Cincinnati web site, we rolled out a new design for the University Calendar in late December 2005. It is easier than ever to get to the information that matters to you. You can see more information at a glance. The site is more responsive. Further, we have integrated the calendar into the UC home page. Every visitor to the site now sees a sampling of the unique activities that take place at UC, without having to perform a single extra click.
Changes to the calendar have not been purely cosmetic. We have added event information for each of our athletic teams and CCM performances and are striving to add events from all UC departments and colleges.
Last year we had more than 5,500 events available to the calendar, and are we on target to have many more this year. Whether you are interested in sports, art, or movies, you can find out when and where those events take place on campus at http://calendar.uc.edu/.
